A former teacher turned litigator turned e-discovery expert for Cozen O'Connor recently wrote the American Bar Association‘s book on handling electronic discovery.

Nicole Marie Gill penned the ABA’s new resource guide, “Best Practices for E-Discovery: A Practical Handbook,” designed to help both new and experienced professionals with managing electronically stored information and the entire lifecycle of the e-discovery process. The new book, which was published in May, replaces an older, less accessible resource offered by the ABA. Gill’s version focuses on practicality and connecting with new attorneys who will likely be responsible for the e-discovery process early in their careers.
