Christina White

Counsel

Christina is an experienced insurance coverage lawyer, representing insurance carriers in complex, multi-million-dollar cases, primarily in federal courts. She routinely litigates declaratory judgment lawsuits and defends insurers against breach of contract and bad faith lawsuits in both state and federal courts. Christina also regularly provides clients with pre-suit coverage advice.

Before joining Cozen O’Connor, Christina practiced with leading law firms in Atlanta, where she represented insurance carriers in complex first-party property and business interruption coverage disputes arising out of catastrophic events, provided coverage advice in non-adversarial contexts, defended liability cases against insureds, and served as associate underwriting counsel for an international business insurer.

Christina earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia, and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law, where she was an editor of the Journal of Southern Legal History. During law school, Christina interned with the Georgia Attorney General’s Office in the Commercial Transactions and Litigation Division.
