Talia is an employment counselor and litigator who advises clients through all aspects of the employment lifecycle.
Prior to joining Cozen O’Connor, Talia was an associate at global law firm, where handled a wide array of employment disputes.
Her experience includes counseling clients on issues including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and sexual harassment, trade secret, and restrictive covenant issues, and wage and hour disputes. She also counsels clients on federal, state, and local employment laws and represents them before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. Additionally, Talia conducts numerous workplace investigations, including into allegations of sexual harassment and other complaints of workplace misconduct.
While earning her JD, Talia served as a student attorney in the Boston College Compassionate Release and Parole clinic, as president of the Law Students Association, and was recognized as a Public Interest Designation Fellow for her pro bono excellence.
