Jeffrey is an associate in Cozen O'Connor's Philadelphia office. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Jeffrey participated in the Cozen O'Connor summer associate program.
Upon completion of the program, Jeffrey gained additional experience as a law clerk to the Honorable Chad F. Kenney of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Jeffrey earned his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served on the editorial board of the Virginia Journal of International Law. He earned his undergraduate degree in international relations and Chinese studies from Messiah College.
Before law school, Jeffrey served in the Peace Corps in Western Samoa, where he conducted literacy intervention classes for at-risk elementary students. He is fluent in Spanish and also speaks some Chinese and Samoan.
