Eric J. Snowden

Eric focuses his practice on insurance. He has experience handling insurance coverage matters at all stages of litigation, including as coverage counsel, for matters including first-party coverage, third-party coverage, putative additional insured coverage, bad faith and unfair claims practice violations, and priority of coverage disputes.

After law school, Eric gained additional experience as a law clerk for the Honorable Carmen Messano, C.J.A.D., New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.

Eric earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School in 2020, where he was the executive editor of Rutgers University Law Review and a member of the Federal Tax Law Clinic, Tax Law Society, and Society for Corporate Law & Governance. He graduated from Boston College with a B.S. in Finance and Entrepreneurship and a minor in Catholic Studies.
