Paola focuses her practice on subrogation matters. With eight years of experience in commercial litigation, construction litigation, and insurance defense, Paola handles all stages of litigation and advises clients on pre-litigation and litigation strategies. She represents clients in state (Colorado and New Mexico) and federal courts.

In 2017, Paola earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of New Mexico School of Law, where she was the manuscript editor for the New Mexico Law Review. She graduated from the University of New Mexico in 2014 with a B.A. in Economics and Political Science.
