Matthew Sacchetta

Associate

Matt focuses his practice on the acquisition, financing, leasing, and disposition of commercial real estate. He advises clients on due diligence matters - including land surveys, title policies, and zoning reports - and drafts and negotiates agreements related to the acquisition, financing, and disposition of multifamily, office, retail, and industrial properties. Matt’s leasing experience includes diverse leasing models, such as ground and master leases.

Prior to joining the firm, Matt participated in the Cozen O'Connor summer associate program.

Matt earned his law degree, summa cum laude, from the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law and his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Villanova University. While in law school, Matt served as a lead editor for the Drexel Law Review, received the Dean’s Award for Exceptional Achievement in Law School, and was a judicial intern for the Honorable Juan R. Sánchez of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
