Jason W. Prince

Jason Prince is a commercial litigator who represents public and private companies, financial institutions, insurers, technology companies, and individuals in complex business disputes in state and federal courts across the country. His practice spans a wide range of matters, including contract disputes, class actions, trade secret claims, securities litigation, employment issues, regulatory investigations, and other high-stakes commercial matters.

Jason handles all phases of litigation, from pre-suit strategy and pleadings through discovery, trial, appeal, and resolution. He has significant experience managing complex discovery, taking and defending depositions, arguing substantive motions, and leading litigation teams. His representative matters include helping secure an eight-figure jury verdict for a Fortune 500 company, assisting in the successful recovery of $600 million for a publicly traded company in litigation involving a $1 billion securitization, defending nationwide consumer class actions, and representing clients in shareholder, trade secret, and employment-related disputes.

Before joining Cozen O’Connor, Jason was a litigation associate with a national, full-service Am Law 200 law firm, where he represented clients in complex commercial litigation and served on the firm's AI working group.

Jason earned his J.D. from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where he served as editor-in-chief of the Moot Court Honors Board. He was selected by his graduating class as commencement speaker and received the Dean’s Award for Outstanding Contributions to Law School. He earned his B.A. in political science from Penn State University, where he was an All American Scholar.
