Mikail advises public and private companies, entrepreneurs, and investors on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securities offerings, private equity investments, PIPE financings, corporate governance, and other strategic transactions. He has experience negotiating corporate and commercial transaction documents, conducting complex due diligence, and advising clients on business formation and capital raising.
Mikail also brings experience in energy and infrastructure transactions, advising project sponsors, developers, and investors on project development, acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, and cross-border investments. His work has spanned nuclear, renewable energy, and energy storage projects, as well as transmission and distribution assets.
Mikail earned his J.D. from the University of Calgary after receiving a B.Sc. with distinction in biological sciences from the same institution.
