William Mercier

Associate

Will focuses his practice on business and commercial litigation. He has experience working on a wide range of matters including defamation, premises liability, negligence, and breach of contract claims. Will started with the firm as a summer associate and recently spent a year clerking for Judge John M. Gallagher of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. 

Will earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Villanova University's Charles Widger School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. During law school, he was the Managing Editor of Production for the Villanova Law Review and a member of the National Trial Team. He earned his B.A. from Boston College.
