Julia focuses her practice on representing domestic and international insurers in complex insurance and litigation matters. She has participated in first-party coverage, third-party coverage, additional insured issues, bad faith, and priority of coverage disputes.
She has experience representing Fortune 500 companies in all stages of litigation, including the preparation of pleadings, written discovery, depositions, dispositive motion practices, and trial preparations, before both state and federal judges. She also has experience in participating in state and federal arbitrations and mediations.
Julia provides legal guidance and strategic advice to clients on risk exposure, the application of state and federal regulations, and litigation development strategies.
In 2019, Julia earned her J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University School of Law, where she was the content editor of the Suffolk University Journal of High Technology Law. Julia graduated with a Bachelor of Science in biomedical sciences from Quinnipiac University in 2016.
