Sara's practice encompasses all facets of commercial real estate, with a focus on acquisitions and sales, borrower- and lender-side financings, leasing on behalf of both landlords and tenants, and joint venture arrangements.
Sara represents owners and developers in acquisitions and dispositions of industrial, multifamily, office, and mixed-use properties nationwide, handling transactions from contract negotiation through due diligence and closing. She works with borrowers and lenders on acquisition, construction, and refinancing loans and loan modifications. Sara’s leasing experience covers office, retail, and industrial properties, including the negotiation of leases, lease amendments, subleases, and licenses.
Sara earned her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was an editorial board member of the Virginia Law & Business Review. She received her bachelor’s degree from Emory University as a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
