Henry focuses his practice on civil litigation defense and insurance coverage matters. He has extensive experience across various litigation matters, including real estate, professional liability, products and premises liability, and business and commercial litigation. Additionally, Henry has represented mortgage servicing companies in matters involving title disputes and loan transactions.
Prior to joining Cozen O'Connor, Henry contracted his practice in bad faith insurance litigation, Sec 1983 civil rights defense, and personal injury defense. Previously, he served as a Deputy Attorney General for the Office of the Nevada Attorney General in Las Vegas.
Henry served as a clerk for the Honorable Judge Joanna Kishner of the Eighth Judicial District Court of Clark County, Nevada and completed an externship with the Honorable Judge Susan Scann.
Henry earned his J.D. and M.B.A. from William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 2016. During law school, he was an articles editor for the UNLV Gaming Law Journal.
Henry is a native Korean speaker and conversational in Mandarin and Japanese.
