Andy's extensive experience in medical negligence includes claims involving emergency medicine, surgery, and primary medical care; failure to diagnose cancer and birth-related injuries; ophthalmology, cardiology, orthopedics, and podiatric care; pharmacy and prescription drug administration issues; rehabilitative medicine and infectious diseases; nursing homes, extended care facilities, and rehabilitation centers; and allegedly malfunctioning medical technology.
Andy also defends a broad range of clients, including financial institutions, credit unions, architects, engineers, design professionals, hotels, and franchisees in high-stakes matters involving premises liability, construction, transportation, products liability, professional liability, and catastrophic injuries.
