Stan focuses his practice on patent and intellectual property matters. He assists clients with preparing and prosecuting patent applications, including drafting claims, office action responses, requests for reconsideration, and recommendation letters addressing examiner rejections.
His technical experience spans a range of technologies, including analog and digital circuitry, power electronics, software, mechanical devices, optical devices, display and imaging systems, and manufacturing processes. He brings a strong electrical engineering background to his practice, along with experience working with mechanical engineering concepts, allowing him to collaborate effectively on interdisciplinary technologies.
In addition to his patent prosecution work, Stan has experience supporting litigation matters, including drafting motions and participating in discovery. He has also assisted with drafting contracts and agreements in support of clients' intellectual property needs.
Before joining the firm as an associate, Stan was a member of New York Law School’s Patent Law Clinic and gained experience as a patent law clerk for Cozen O'Connor.
Stan earned his B.S., cum laude, in electrical engineering from the University at Buffalo in 2022 and his J.D. from New York Law School in 2025, where he was a member of the Intellectual Property Law Society.
Stan is fluent in Polish and he is admitted to practice before the USPTO.
