Maddie's practice focuses on employment law and workplace compliance. Her litigation experience spans federal and state courts, where she has supported cases involving Title VII, ADA, discrimination, and retaliation claims. Maddie has contributed to all stages of litigation, including pre-trial discovery and pleadings, settlement negotiations, and research for a jury trial.
Maddie advises clients by researching complex labor and employment issues and drafting agency and position statements, including responses to EEOC and OSHA investigations.
Beyond employment law, she has provided research and litigation support in data privacy class actions, expanding her experience in emerging regulatory areas.
Maddie graduated cum laude from Loyola University School of Law with a certificate in Trial Advocacy. At Loyola, Maddie was a student articles editor for the Loyola Law Journal, managing editor of the IP Bytes blog, and tutored 1L students in legal writing and criminal law. She served as a research assistant to Dean Michele Alexandre on issues related to political civil rights and as a judicial extern to the Honorable Charles P. Kocoras of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Before going to law school, Maddie was an intellectual property paralegal and legal administrative assistant at a boutique patent prosecution firm in Boston. She graduated, cum laude, with a dual B.S./B.A. from Boston University, where she studied journalism and political science.
