Chelsea concentrates her practice on corporate law, with experience in mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, securities matters, and general business contracts, as well as with board governance, SEC compliance, and securities reporting. Chelsea gained experience as a summer associate in 2023.
Chelsea earned her law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School, where she was an editor for the Minnesota Law Review. She also earned her M.B.A. from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management, and her B.A. in anthropology from the University of Minnesota.
