As Chief Operating Officer of Cozen O’Connor’s Private Client, Trusts and Estates Practice, Cathi manages the group’s day-to-day operations, drives its strategic growth and development, and serves as a single point of contact for high-level administrative support. She coordinates efforts and facilitates collaboration among the group’s attorneys across offices to harness and disseminate best practices. In all endeavors, Cathi works to maximize the efficiency of processes and workflows for the benefit of our clients.
Previously, Cathi served as chair of the firm's Legal Profession Services Practice. She also formerly practiced in the areas of commercial and insurance litigation.
Cathi earned her Bachelor of Arts from Duke University, graduating summa cum laude, and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She received her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1992.
