Fred focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation and counseling. He has participated in handling disputes involving trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and false advertising claims, supporting clients across a range of industries. His work includes drafting motions for summary judgment and discovery motions, as well as conducting in-depth legal research.
In addition to his litigation practice, Fred has experience reviewing and analyzing IP-related contracts, including licensing and royalty agreements, ensuring compliance and protecting clients' intellectual property interests.
Fred earned his J.D., cum laude, from St. John’s University School of Law, where he was a senior staff member for St. John’s Law Review. He earned his B.M. from the Manhattan School of Music, where he studied classical cello performance.
Fred is currently a section cellist and board member with the Chelsea Symphony. He also worked for seven years as a New York City paramedic and is a certified wildland firefighter.
