With prior experience practicing in the field of professional liability litigation, Troy has handled matters involving accountants, attorneys, and insurance agents, as well as issues related to directors' and officers' liability and insurance coverage. He has additional trial experience representing insurers and businesses in complex, high-stakes litigation, bringing a sharp analytical approach to legal issues and advocating effectively on behalf of his clients.
Troy earned his J.D., cum laude, from Chicago-Kent College of Law and later obtained his LL.M. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law. During law school, Troy served as an extern with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission's Division of Enforcement. Troy earned his B.A., cum laude, from Stony Brook University, where he studied political science.
