Benedetta focuses her practice on labor and employment matters, representing clients in disputes involving discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims. She has experience advising clients across hospitality, food and beverage, security, financial services, information technology, startups, retail, industrials, performing and visual arts, healthcare, nonprofit, and education, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Additionally, Benedetta gained legal and communications experience through roles in private practice and international organizations, where she managed go-to-market strategy and media relations for Italian clients entering the U.S. market and assisted Italian businesses with U.S. legal matters. She also served as an intern with the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs, reviewing NGO applications for consultative status, supporting investigative and reporting efforts for senior leadership, and chairing the annual Committee on NGOs meeting.
Benedetta earned her LL.M., magna cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law. She received her Laurea in Giurisprudenza (Italian law degree), cum laude, from LUISS Guido Carli University School of Law.
Benedetta is fluent in Italian, Spanish, and English and is conversant in French.
