These products were recalled because they pose a significant risk of causing property damage. Anytime that you have a property loss that you believe was caused by a product, you should

Given the present state of the economy, employers are looking for ways to reduce costs and overhead. One way a company may choose to save money is to classify current workers or new hires as independent contractors rather than employees, but misclassifying employees - even unintentionally - can prove to be extremely expensive for employers, opening them up to administrative fines and penalties as well as costly private lawsuits.

California Superior Court Holds Insurers Liable for Recall Policy's $12 Million Limit for E. Coli-Contaminated Spinach Recall Losses - Food Contamination Coverage Alert! - A California Superior Court recently found that certain London market insurers were liable to Fresh Express, Inc.
