Scott Bettridge was quoted in a Financial Times article discussing how many of the world’s largest companies have lost and had to relocate key employees in light of Donald Trump’s changes to the U.S. immigration system. This overhaul has caused multinationals to reconsider the U.S.’ role as a global talent hub.
Regarding multinationals’ reduced ability to bring top engineers, consultants, and scientists to the U.S., Scott Bettridge stated “A lot of my clients are finding that their talent mobility is becoming slower and slower. This has become a strategic, high-level concern for companies and they are having to make trade-offs.”
