New York, NY – Sarah Krissoff, a member in Cozen O’Connor’s White Collar Defense & Investigations group, has been appointed to the Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Panel for the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of New York (SDNY) as of January 1, 2026.

The CJA Panel comprises esteemed, private, federal criminal law practitioners who represent indigent defendants in SDNY criminal cases. Members of the CJA Panel are appointed by SDNY’s Board of Judges’ Defender Services Committee pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3006A. To qualify, attorneys must be members in good standing of the bar of the Southern District and have proven experience and competency in the field of federal criminal defense work. During a three-year term, CJA Panel attorneys ensure the protection of indigent defendants’ constitutional rights and uphold the rule of law.
