WASHINGTON, D.C., April 22, 2026 — Josephine Bahn, a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department, has been appointed as vice president of the Association of Junior Leagues International (AJLI) board of directors. She will serve a two-year term. Founded in 1901, the AJLI is a charitable nonprofit organization of women making a demonstrable impact in their communities. Its mission is to promote women’s leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer efforts, collaboration, and training.

Josephine (Jo) focuses her practice on commercial litigation and construction law. Jo is a trial lawyer focused on high-stakes litigation in state and federal courts, administrative forums, and before arbitration panels.  She knows that no two cases are alike and no one answer can solve a client’s concerns.  Jo knows that the best resolution for a client comes after listening to their concerns, identifying their problems, and actively working collaboratively to find the best resolution to advance her client’s broader business goals.
