Thomas Giotto Named to City & State’s 2025 Who’s Who in Labor

Philadelphia, September 23, 2025 — Thomas Giotto, chair of Cozen O’Connor’s Labor & Employment Department, has been named to City & State Pennsylvania’s 2025 Who’s Who in Labor, a list recognizing influential leaders championing Pennsylvania’s workforce.

The annual Who’s Who in Labor list highlights individuals who play a pivotal role in supporting the commonwealth’s essential industries, including health care, infrastructure, education, and energy. Honorees include labor leaders, attorneys, educators, and advocates who are shaping the future of work across the state.

Tom concentrates his practice on representing management in many aspects of labor, employment, and employment-related litigation. His traditional labor practice includes representing employers during union organizing campaigns, collective bargaining, and grievance arbitrations. He has represented employers in litigation involving race, sex, sexual harassment, age, and disability discrimination, as well as against claims alleging violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, COBRA, and wrongful discharge and related common law issues. Tom has particular experience representing clients in the manufacturing, oil and gas, oil refining, chemical production, hospitality, health care, higher education, sports, and office building association industries.
