WASHINGTON, D.C., August 4, 2025 — Stacey Normington, a senior regulatory specialist in the firm’s Transportation & Trade Group, has been selected to receive the Association of Bi-State Motor Carriers’ 2025 Port Community Partnership Award. This award recognizes individuals who have demonstrated outstanding collaboration and communication with the intermodal trucking community and the Port of NY and NJ over the past year. Stacey will be formally recognized at the association’s 2025 Annual Golf Outing & Awards Luncheon on September 22.

Stacey has more than 14 years of government affairs and public relations experience. She advises clients on regulatory compliance and legislative matters involving maritime, transportation, and logistics. Stacey handles a wide range of regulatory compliance matters, including representing clients with regulatory requirements before the Federal Maritime Commission, the U.S. Department of Transportation, the U.S. Coast Guard, and other government agencies.
