Sarah Krissoff, a member of the firm’s White Collar Defense & Investigations practice, was quoted in a Reuters article in connection with the sex-trafficking trial of hip-hop star Sean “Diddy” Combs. The trial marks the highest-profile case so far for a nascent group in the Manhattan U.S. Attorney's office called the Civil Rights Unit in the Criminal Division. The group, focusing on criminal prosecution of civil rights violations, is separate from a longstanding Civil Rights Unit in the Civil Division. While the former handles a broad range of cases, “the skill sets you need to handle those types of cases are similar," said Sarah.
