While the City of Hartford is ready to continue construction with its preferred developer, Centerplan plans to appeal the verdict and pursue claims against the ballpark’s design team. According to Leslie, the jury verdict “clearly defined the rights of the parties and Hartford will move forward with the project.” “If there is any issue, we’re going to address those further obstructions,” she added. “I really don’t see it as a problem.”
