Kristi Zentner and Heather Marx will serve as course co-chairs and present the session “Mastering the Fundamentals of Drafting Contracts” during the “How to Draft Your First (or Next) Contract” seminar with the Minnesota CLE. The session will provide an overview of contract drafting fundamentals, covering how contracts are formed and structured, the different types of agreements, effective drafting strategies, and the grammar, language, and interpretive rules that govern contract construction.
