Jeff will examine the rising tide of workplace antisemitism, the challenges the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission faces in enforcement, and the new federal policy that expands employees’ ability to proselytize in the workplace. He will also explore the potential impacts on Jewish employees, risks of harassment or discrimination, and considerations under the Rule of Professional Conduct 8.4(g) for federal lawyers.
