Sandi Dubin will present “Labor Law Update in the Trump Administration 2.0” at the Practising Law Institute's Employment Law Institute 2025. Sandi will discuss recent and potential changes to federal labor law impacting union and non-union workplaces. She will provide an overview of developments at the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), including leadership and organizational changes, new general counsel initiatives, and evolving NLRB standards on issues such as independent contractors, remedies, and election procedures. She will also examine the law on captive audience meetings, the revised 10(j) injunction standard following the Supreme Court’s Starbucks decision, and the current scope of Section 7 rights.
