Susan Stauss will speak on the “Judicial Education: Expanding Knowledge, Awareness, and Appreciation Among State Court Judges to Secure Increased Use of Structured Settlements” panel at the 2025 NSSTA Fall Educational Conference. Susan and the other panelists will discuss the knowledge and skills necessary to make informed decisions on whether a structured settlement truly serves the best interests of the injured party. They will also discuss how judicial training promotes best practices, prevents exploitation, and secures fairness in rulings for those most in need.
