Philip Kircher will serve as a faculty member at the Seton Hall Law School Denis F. McLaughlin Advanced Trial Advocacy Workshop. This workshop guides students through every step of the trial process from start to finish, and concludes with each student trying a case before real judges in their courtrooms. During the workshop, Philip will instruct students on expert witness opinion testimony.
